New violin based on a late Guarneri del Gesù model, made in cooperation by Robert Stepp and Sam Brouwer in 2014. This instrument is made by using European spruce and flamed European maple (one piece back), with fine European boxwood fittings. The violin is handcrafted in all details, including the production of an colophony oil varnish. It has an antiqued finish.

This violin offers a dark, even and powerful, slightly smokey sound. It has been played in well by different professional violinists in various concert halls.
