Made in Wurzburg, Germany in the late 18th century. I have appraisals over the years from Bein and Fushi and Kagan and Gaines. The latest appraisal from Kagan and Gaines gives it a fair market value of $2,500 USD.

I have owned this violin for the last 30 years. It plays very well and has a fine tone. I have had other violinists who are better players than I try the violin and they all gave it very favorable reviews.
